How do I add money to my wallet?
Open Wallet & Transactions, choose a payment option, and enter the amount in USD. Your wallet is always in USD. The options you see depend on your country, and the page shows what you pay in your own currency before you confirm.
How long until a deposit reaches my wallet?
Automatic payments are usually added within a minute or two. Manual payments are added after our team has checked them. If yours is taking too long, open a ticket and include the payment reference.
How fast do I get my proxy?
Usually within a minute of paying. Your login details appear under My Proxies.
How do I change my IP?
Open your proxy under My Proxies and use Change IP. Rotating proxies also change IP automatically on every request.
What happens if my order fails?
If a proxy cannot be set up, your wallet is refunded automatically and in full.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your link from the Referrals page. You earn a commission when someone you referred buys a proxy. Once it clears, you can withdraw it or move it to your wallet.
